Well as we all know the infamous Jay-Z had announced on November 25, 2003 that he will be retiring, but It seems that Jay-Z is back…for the THIRD time, because according to XXL Magazine Jay-Z is set to be releasing another album, entitled American Gangster on November 6,2007.
Well I guess Jay-Z is either afraid that he will be forgotten or had amnesia and forgot that he was suppose to be retired.
