Whatever is best for her health is good with me. If she just ignored it or waited a couple more years or something, it only would have gotten worse. They put it on Aol news three days after it happened, and it read that she had to do this for her health. What is really sad is how easily duped young people are by believing this drivel that Ashley and her camp are trying to foist off on the public. The gullible youth will always try to justify their idols’ actions regardless of the bad examples they set. I will try my best to educate all of the misguided young people, but I’m sure you will still stand by your duplicitous celebrity. Septorhinoplasty is a COMBINED surgery involving an INNER surgery (septo portion) and OUTER reconstruction (rhino portion). A deviated septum and nasal bone fractures are EXTERNAL components of our noses and requires only EXTERNAL surgery to fix. A deviated septum is addressed with a septoplasty alone. A nose job is addressed with a rhinoplasty alone. A spetorhinoplasty is a combination of the two meaning medical necessity AND cosmetic. There was something about her outer nose that she wanted improved that had NOTHING to do with a deviated septum. Do your research, people. Any plastic surgeon or ENT will tell you this.
I know what celebrities and media people say is much more valuable to young people than any facts that sensible and intelligent adults can provide, but it will sink in one day. Just remember that you don’t have to chop off pieces of the outside of your nose to fix a problem that is inside of your nose, OK?

I personally looked at the responces to this blogg and laughed.. i mean call yourself fans!<?? i quote “OMG YEAH I’M LIKE THE BIGGEST FAN EVER BUT LIKE OMG YEAH YOU LOOK SO UGLY ASHLEY BUT OMG I LIKE SO LOVE YOU!” i mean < what a doshbag so imature and lame what the hell would right such a terrible disheartening thing… nowonder men and women are at there most insecuriest in todays world. Everyone is so superficial and idealistic. Ashley Tisdale is just another person too the many trying to make her way through the world, nobody needs insults… its just making people more insecure and totally unnessary. Every person whos ever walked this cruel earth is unique, whether they are young, old, father a mother, a son a daughter and you don’t have to be a professional model to be labelled as ‘beautiful’ i think the minds of some people are a shambles.. stupid distored visions. “Yawns” at most of them.
